What is the difference between your training now to what it was before MM?

Honestly, it’s the support. The weekly phone check-ins, the texts after sessions — just being able to talk things through has been a massive help. I had a holiday, tried to race a bit too soon, picked up a niggle… and through all of it, having someone like Liam there to bounce ideas off, check in on how I was feeling, and keep my head in the game made a big difference. It’s been so good to have that regular feedback and encouragement.

I started working with Bec to improve my running ahead of some big goals in 2024. She has helped me run further and faster, resulting in 3rd place in the 10k Spartan for my age group.
