We pride ourselves on having a HOLISTIC approach when it comes to our programming and this is no different to our 1 - off training plans! Our LEVEL 1 Program is perfect for those who haven't tackled the distance before or just starting out!

 

We recommend those currently running anywhere up to 10km per week to start with this level.
