Race Entry for 10km or 21km Event

MOONLIGHT SHOTOVER MARATHON DETAILS
 
Date: Saturday 21st February, 2026
OPTION 1: 10KM // 140m elevation 
OPTION 2: 21KM // 700m elevation  (HALF MARATHON) - cut off is 3 hours or under
OPTION 3: 42KM // 2,400m elevation (MARATHON) - cut off is 6 hours or under

EXCLUSIONS: 
Flights to and from Queenstown Airport
Race/Running Session Nutrition (as this is very personal we request athletes to bring what suits their needs for these adventures however you will get to trial some awesome Hammer Nutrition product!)
Travel Insurance (We require all athletes to secure travel insurance for the duration of our camp. Confirmations must be sent to us prior to your arrival)
 
PRICE:
$1,600.00 AUD
 
 
PAYMENTS:
 
A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot. We will require all deposits to be made for your spot to remain. Please email us with your confirmation and we will send you out an invoice to make payment. 

Notes: As you can appreciate, their is a lot of moving parts with our camps so in the unfortunate circumstance you are not able to join us we will have non refundable clauses attached as we move closer to our dates. From confirmation date: your 25% deposit is non refundable.
 
We provide payment plans for those wanting to split out their costs. In the hopefully unlikely situation you cannot come due to serious medical circumstances (or special other circumstances) please contact us. If it is simply a change of mind or because of a current/ongoing injury then refunds will not be provided. Please consider the purchase of travel insurance promptly to help with change of mind of ticket purchases.
If we are able to fill/replace your spot then a full refund will be provided 🙂
