Welcome to our second Mckenzie Method Training Camp for 2023!
This time we are tackling the BEAUTIFUL SCENES of Tasmania! Come join Australian Spartan Pro's Liam Mckenzie, Bec Curtis and Quinton Gill for 3 x nights & 3.5 x days at the famous Cradle Mountain.
We will be taking our athletes through the elements with this one, taking in incredible mountain views, snow treks, breath work, mindfulness and meditation. This is one not to be missed!
