Welcome to the 2022 Mckenzie Method Training Camp!
With another BRAND NEW LOCATION, this is not one for the faint hearted. Located in our favourite destination Bright Victoria, this one is not to be missed!!
Come join Australian Spartan Pro's Liam Mckenzie and Bec Curtis for 2 x nights and 2 x days focusing on uphill climbing, vertical gain, altitude and elevation. This camp will also include a strong focus on mental game and body recovery.
Remember as always ALL abilities are welcome, so lets GET COMFORTABLE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE
