Welcome to The Mckenzie Method!

We offer online training programs to get you ready for your next Trail Running, Road Running, Obstacle Course Race or Hyrox Event. We also provide training for those wanting to start their running journey from scratch!

All sessions have been tried and tested from top athletes who also work with these programs.

We strongly believe that from training hard and staying consistent with your training program, nutrition and recovery you will be crushing your next race or achieving YOUR goals!
