8 week training program
8 week training blocks are suited for athletes who are wanting to improve on 2-3 elements within their obstacle training. Replicating a similar style to the 4 week training block, this program will allow you to further progress in more than one area due to a longer duration of training time.
This programming will ensure you are not only accountable with your training and specific OCR areas but allow you to increase your training as weeks progress by applying tests in weeks 4 and 8. This training program will furthermore allow us to delve deeper into the areas being worked such as heart rate training, breathing work, speed work and hill runs. You will also receive recovery options after each training sessions.
