4 week training program

A shorter personalised program is suited for an athlete who is wanting to improve on 1-2 main elements within their obstacle training such as grip strength or running. It is also beneficial for an athlete who is wanting a set program to train specifically to the lead up to 1 event/distance e.g. 5km.

This program incorporates specific training elements you have selected to maintain consistent training through out the 4 weeks as well as testing at the end of your block to see current progress. You will also receive recovery options after each training sessions.
